Replacement Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product presented to him by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after seven days have passed. 2- To be eligible for a replacement, the customer’s right to replace the product is only in case the product arrived broken or damaged. Return Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product presented to him by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to do so after seven days have passed. 2- To be eligible for a return, the customer’s right to return is only in case the product arrived broken or damaged.
